Flammable, explosive and toxic gases, such as hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide and volatile organic compounds vapor, are major threats to the ecological environment safety and human health. Among the available technologies, gas sensing is a vital component, and has been widely studied in literature for early detection and warning. As a metal oxide semiconductor, zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) represents a kind of promising gas sensing material with a spinel structure, which also shows a fine gas sensing performance to reducing gases. Due to its great potentials and widespread applications, this article is intended to provide a review on the latest development in zinc ferrite based gas sensors. We first discuss the general gas sensing mechanism of ZnFe2O4 sensor. This is followed by a review of the recent progress about zinc ferrite based gas sensors from several aspects: different micro-morphology, element doping and heterostructure materials. In the end, we propose that combining ZnFe2O4 which provides unique microstructure (such as the multi-layer porous shells hollow structure), with the semiconductors such as graphene, which provide excellent physical properties. It is expected that the mentioned composites contribute to improving selectivity, long-term stability, and other sensing performance of sensors at room or low temperature.  相似文献

目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定清咽糖中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、3,4-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸和4,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸6种绿原酸类化合物的含量。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 RRHD色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm, 1.8μm),以乙腈、0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温35℃。结果 6种成分在相应的线性范围内呈良好的线性关系。精密度、重复性、稳定性实验中6种成分峰面积的相对标准偏差均小于3.0%,平均加样回收率为93.77%~104.37%,相对标准偏差为0.28%~1.86%。结论该方法具有良好的专属性和重现性,加样回收率实验符合要求,结果准确、稳定,适用于同时测定清咽糖中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、3,4-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸和4,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量。  相似文献

Due to the limitations of single index analysis, the merits and demerits of microwave-assisted permeation process cannot be comprehensively evaluated. However, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to optimize the conditions of microwave-assisted diffusion of sugar in blackberry. In this paper, the results of a single-factor experiment were compared with blackberry preserved after the treatment of microwave. An orthogonal rotation test procedure was designed to calculate the composite score of preserved blackberry fruit using AHP, and to determine the optimum processing conditions based on sugar osmosis characteristics. The results showed that the sugar content, vitamin C (VC) content, and color difference of treated blackberry increased with the increase of microwave power, the residence time, and the resulting sugar concentration. The composite grade points are listed to show that the optimum results were as follows: power level, the residence time, and the sugar concentration were, respectively, 210?W, 12?min, and 35%.  相似文献

Formation of extracts and fermentable sugars during mashing can be limited by incomplete starch gelatinisation. The aim of this research was to develop mashing programme for 100% teff malt as a potential raw material for gluten‐free lactic acid‐fermented beverage. Isothermal mashing at temperatures ranging between 60 and 84 °C was conducted, and the highest extract (85%) was observed for the wort samples produced at temperatures higher than 76 °C. Sixty‐minute rest at 71 °C resulted in higher fermentable sugars than other tested conversion rest temperatures. Inclusion of lower mashing‐in temperature in the mashing programme also substantially improved the concentrations of free amino nitrogen (128 mg L?1) and fermentable sugar (58 g L?1) in the final wort. Therefore, 30‐min rest at 40 °C followed by 60‐min rest at 71 °C and 10‐min rest at 78 °C was found to be a suitable mashing programme for teff malt.  相似文献

Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) sugar is a more nutritious alternative sugar source as compared to sugar palm (Borassus flabellifer) and sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.). This work was aimed to investigate the browning index (BI), vitamin profile and antioxidant properties of coconut sap sugar syrups, which were produced by different processing methods: rotary evaporation (RE), microwave evaporation (ME) and open-heat evaporation (OHE). The results obtained showed that coconut sugar syrup produced by RE-60 contained high antioxidant activities [DPPH (36.71%) and ABTS (34.84%), TPC (299.87 mg per 100 g sample) and FRAP (3.74 mm )]. These values were slightly lower than those of ME and OHE. Coconut sugar syrup (RE-60) also contained higher amounts of vitamin C (1587.27 mg L−1), vitamin B1 (97.44 mg L−1) and vitamin B3 (19.84 mg L−1) compared with those of ME and OHE coconut sugar syrups. RE-60 was the best method to produce coconut sugar syrup in a shorter time with lower browning index and higher vitamin contents.  相似文献

Wustite (FeO)-centered multicomponent oxides play an important role in the ironmaking process, and a complete understanding of their high temperature behaviors is of great importance for process optimization to achieve high efficiency and low emissions during industrial production. In this work, the transient shrinkages of FeO-centered multicomponent oxide packed beds are quantitatively determined in a reducing atmosphere up to 1773 K, and the effects of the interactions between the oxides on the shrinkage rate (SR) are qualitatively evaluated. The results show that although mixing CaO with FeO increases the SR to 0.42%/K below 1173 K, further mixing with SiO2 or Al2O3 significantly limits this enhancement effect due to the formation of an olivine or spinel phase. However, in the subsequent stage, the SR increases to as high as 0.44%/K after CO is injected. The interaction between FeO and MgO leads to an SR of greater than 0.20%/K at lower temperatures, but it causes a decrease in the SR from 0.33%/K to 0.16%/K between 1173 K and 1273 K. Meanwhile, adding SiO2 slows the reduction reaction, and the SR correspondingly decreases further to 0.04%/K. On the other hand, the interaction between CaO and Al2O3 takes precedence over the interaction between SiO2 and MgO and dominates the shrinkage process in the quinary-component case, and the preferentially formed CaAl2O4 spinel phase hinders the formation of the Mg2SiO4 olivine phase.  相似文献

In this work a multicommuted flow system employing copper–4,4′- dipyridyl coordination compound as the solid-phase reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of reducing sugar was developed. The coordination compound was synthesized through a reaction of the 4,4′-dipyridyl and copper (II) nitrate, under hydrothermal conditions. The complex was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), power X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Based on the characterization, a multicommuted spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of reducing sugar using copper (II) complex as solid reagent is proposed. The proposed method was based on the redox reaction between a monosaccharide, such as fructose and glucose (reducing sugar) and Cu(II). This reaction, mediated in an alkaline medium, produces a yellow compound that can be determined by absorption electronic spectroscopy (λABS = 420 nm). Under optimum experimental conditions, a linear response ranging from 1.0 to 20.0 g L−1 (R = 0.9978 and n = 5), a detection (3σ criterion) and quantification (10σ criterion) limit estimated at 0.23 and 0.75 g L−1, respectively, a standard deviation relative of 4.7% (n = 7), for a reference solution of 10.0 g L−1 reducing sugar, and a sampling rate of 75 determinations per hour were achieved. The proposed system was applied to the determination of reducing sugars in coconut water and juices. The analysis of ten samples and the application of the t-test to the results found, and those obtained using reference procedures (AOAC), provided no significant differences at a 95% confidence level. This system enabled the analysis of reducing sugar with ease and simplicity, providing a significant economy of the solid reagent (600 μg per determination) and reducing effluent generation.  相似文献

目的建立积分安培-离子色谱法同时测果汁中22种糖、糖醇和醇定的方法。方法在流速为0.40 mL/min, pH值在6.5~8.6,柱温为30℃条件下,在CarboPacTM MA1(4 mm×250 mm)色谱柱中进行分离。结果 22种组分在测定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r~20.999);除了甲醇外,其他21种组分检出限在0.006~0.203 mg/L之间;在0.50、1.00、5.00 mg/L 3个添加浓度水平下,回收率为75.83%~105.89%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.03%~10.39%范围内。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,完全适于果汁中22种糖、糖醇和醇的分析测定。  相似文献

In this study, it is aimed to investigate and evaluate the use of molasses which is a by-product of sugar production as a novel bulking agent in ice cream as a sugar replacer. Sugar beet molasses (75%) and 12 DE maltodextrin (25%) were converted into powder form by spray drying. Spray-dried sugar beet molasses (SDSM) was then used as a substitute of sugar in different ratios (0:100, 25:75, 50:50, 75:25 and 100:0) in the ice cream products. The increased amount of SDSM decreased the overrun, L*, whiteness index (WI) and melting behaviours and increased a*, b*, total phenolic content, consistency and viscosity. Meanwhile, thermal properties have not been affected by the use of SDSM (P < 0.05). The sensory findings have been particularly interesting especially when replacing above 50% sugar with SDSM, aroma, flavour and general acceptability decrease. According to the results of this study, substituting 25% of total sugar with SDSM as a bulking agent can decrease cost of the product and improve total phenolic content and some quality parameters without compromising sensorial properties.  相似文献
